UPDATE JAN 2019
IF YOU CANNOT SEE THE VIEW CODE BUTTON, disconnect Shopify from Mailchimp for a moment, get the code then reconnect it again. Log into Mailchimp and disconnect from there.
1. Click on your Account name (top right)
2. Then click on Connected sites
3. For every store / site you have connected, there’ll be a disconnect button below it. Scroll down to see the disconnect button.
Click on it and proceed.

UPDATE AUGUST 2018
If you have the correct permissions on your Shopify account :
Click on online Store,
Then On your current Theme, Click on Actions ,
Then click on Edit Code.
That will enable you to edit the Template files as of August 2018..
